Karen and Steve would like to warmly welcome you to Prestatyn Bed and Breakfast exclusively for adults, on the beautiful north Wales coast. Within easy reach of Snowdonia and its stunning scenery and at the finish (or start!) of the inspiring Offas Dyke National Trail.
We have spent many nights staying at good and bad B&B's around the world. We believe those experiences have helped us to offer you, the guests, a truly memorable stay in comfortable, newly designed rooms with en suite facilities.

What a pleasant surprise and what a find. We only booked about a month ago and wondered what it would be like getting, for us, an almost last minute booking as I always book everything well in advance. What a fabulous B&B. Steve and Karen couldn't do enough for us. The breakfasts are second to none. The Studio room is absolutely perfect. We would highly recommend it. We will certainly be back. Keep up the good work. Close to town, and close to the beach. Comfortable and clean and the host is a great character. From previous trip some of the other accommodation in the immediate Prestatyn area is very poor. When this place opened I gave it a try. Very,very friendly. Had a great stay.

What a lovely b&b Karen and Steve are so friendly and such lovely rooms.We were welcomed with a tray of tea and cake on arrival which was much appreciated. My husband is a vegetarian but that was no problem for Steve he catered for him without any fuss. Highly recommend this b&b and we hope to stay again next time we are in Prestatyn.Thanks again for making our stay so nice.
